Silje Leirvik reveals video for new single, Silver & Gold
Norwegian songwriter Silje Leirvik has revealed a video for her brand new single Silver & Gold. Taken from her forthcoming album Endless Serenade (Dec 16th), it experiments with a magnitude of textures.
Leirvik comments; “Silver & Gold is a song about the complexity and mysteriousness of love. If it came in the form of silver and gold, we would know when it was found, but life tends to be less specific. The video was filmed in the Norwegian woods, only minutes from where the album was written and recorded”. It is this theme of love, and the mystery that entangles it, that dominates the album thematically.
